Amy: I’d like to introduce you to one of the most incredible, coachable, committed females I have ever met. You may remember Agatha as Sweaty Armpit Duct Tape Girl from the TFF Launch Event. Her story was memorable and we can all relate to being insecure and afraid to express our true selves. I selected Agatha as our TFF of The Month because she embodies what it means to be a TFF. I spent a few minutes with Agatha and would like to share her incredible story with you.
Amy: So…why did you launch a bookkeeping company?
Agatha: “When you keep track of your money, you control your money. And when you control your money, you control your life. My number one goal in the world is to give people a complete and clear view of their finances so that they feel empowered about their lives. So that they run their money rather than their money running them. Then they may plan accordingly for their business, life, family, and future.”
Amy: So tell us about Sweaty Armpit Duct Tape Girl!
Agatha: “At age 13, I put duct tape on my armpits because I had a sweat problem and I was too embarrassed to tell anyone about it. I hated myself, covered up who I really was, and betrayed my inner voice constantly. Now, at age 30, I love myself. This took a lot of hard work, dedication, and willingness to commit to growing and becoming happy. These days I am kind to myself and always listen to my little inner voice. That voice is my heart speaking and when I follow my heart my life blossoms.”
Amy: What are the 3 Things that have made the biggest difference in your life?
Agatha: “At age 21, when I was fresh out of college, I moved to LA from NJ by myself. Up until then, I was a sheltered and spoiled brat that took everything for granted. Moving threw me into the real world. I was far away from family & friends so it forced me to grow up, find myself, and appreciate everything I had.
At 27, when I was miserable with my life I got a coach and adopted the mindset that I can have mentors and ask for help. I realized that you don’t have to do life all on your own. It can be hard to see yourself objectively so it’s indescribably helpful to have someone else look at you, give you feedback, and help you achieve the success you want.
At 30, I finally learned the value of accountability to oneself. It started with releasing my mentors and then a 30 day nutritional cleanse so that I could practice everything that I had learned. It was like getting rid of training wheels. For the first time in my life, I don’t need someone to push me to do what is important to me. I’m doing it myself! On a daily basis, I meditate, exercise, journal, and intentionally create a meaningful day for myself. Everyday is an opportunity to create and learn. It’s so wonderful to live this way!
Amy: What is exciting and new in your life?
Agatha: I am so excited to share the launch of my website www.BkKeepersPlus.com with the world. I have been in business for 7 years but never had the confidence before to put myself out there in a big way like this. I love myself and my life now so I want to help and inspire others and this website is the beginning of that for me.
Amy: Agatha is a role model for all of us and we are so lucky to have her as not only a founding member of The TFF’s but as friend. Congratulations Agatha for your success and the launch of your new website. Please, everyone, reach out, look at the site and support your fellow TFF, Agatha Kulesza!!!
